Smart Consumer Tip 2: There are no insurance emergencies. If your house is on fire, call the Fire Department. We will be there to help you pick up the pieces and financially insulate you from a personally catastrophic loss. If things go sideways, you can always pay out of pocket and let us reimburse you from your ERS coverage.
