"This agency is very unprofessional, and Kendra in particular was not helpful at all. My girlfriend initially received a quote of $173 per month from State Farm, which she agreed to and started paying. After that, they told her the price would increase to $193, and we accepted that as well.
However, the following month, the payment suddenly jumped to $300 with no clear explanation.
When we contacted them to ask why the price increased so much, they told us it was because of a 19-year-old “daughter” added to the policy. We never requested to add anyone to the insurance. They claimed she was listed at the same address, but I also have a car insured at the same address and my rate never changed.
I had already clearly told them not to add anyone else to the policy, but when we spoke with Kendra, she refused to fix the mistake or take responsibility.
We have never had issues with any other agency before this is the first time we’ve experienced such poor customer service.
We need someone to resolve them mistake.

"Rockstar office. Very kind, knowledgeable, personable staff. Had a few questions regarding whole life vs universal, and appreciated the information Matt provided. Kendra, Brea, Marsha and Joe have been very welcoming when I've been in office and addressed some auto coverage blind spots for me! Highly recommend!!"

"Kendra is not great. I have been with Joe for a awhile. My son had gotten in to a collision with a driver who pulled out in front of him from a parking lot. Police report was filed indicating he was not at fault. Got a call from the other driver's insurance (USAA) asking to see if we would send the car to their in network shop. They even offered a rental. I called and spoke to Kendra and asked specifically if I would have to pay anything out of pocket for this accident and she assured me that if I used their shop I would be treated that same as USAA. However, no offer for a rental while in the shop. I decided to use the State Farm shop thinking that they would handle all of the payments. My son goes to pick up the car after repairs are completed and is told, he has to PAY A $2k deductible!!! I called and spoke Kendra again. Different "story" Does not recall having the conversation with me. So frustrating! Stated that it could take up to 6mos. to get my deductable funds back to me. I might have felt differently or made a different choice had she thoughtfully explained this to me what is obvious to her now. "I'm sorry" does not cut it for such poor service and poor communication. I recommend people look at USAA and avoid Joe Adams State Farm."

"Joe-- got your recent letter suggesting we call you regarding "conversion" on my wife's life policy written almost 20 years ago. Please recall, I fired you and essentially dropped State Farm altogether after the company (Greeley "headquarters") only grudgingly refunded 6 months of wrongfully written and collected, unnecessarily redundant coverages on my multiple cars over several years running-- a discovery made when one of your own staff casually asked ME "why are you paying for separate uninsured motorist coverage on all these policies?" Please pass off whatever you are now trying to sell us to a different State Farm agent. I've so notified the Bloomington corporate office. Thank you."
