Please recall, I fired you and essentially dropped State Farm altogether after the company (Greeley "headquarters") only grudgingly refunded 6 months of wrongfully written and collected, unnecessarily redundant coverages on my multiple cars over several years running-- a discovery made when one of your own staff casually asked ME "why are you paying for separate uninsured motorist coverage on all these policies?" Please pass off whatever you are now trying to sell us to a different State Farm agent. I've so notified the Bloomington corporate office. Thank you."

They'll gladly take your premium then find every way under the sun to make it difficult or impossible for you to recoup any of that. If you're used to a higher level of service, stay far away from State Farm and the Joe Adams agency."
